Good services. I always get my eyebrows and waxing from here - all the staff is helpful, professional and the premises are clean, comfortable and smell good!

Super adres voor threading, vriendelijk, vlot en professioneel.

Poor service and extremely rude owner who showed no understanding when I tried to reschedule because of sickness. Called in the morning explaining my situation and asking for rescheduling to another free spot available. She insisted on the 24h cancellation policy which I understand, but sickness you can’t foresee 24 hours before. After asking her for any spot available she insisted on the policy and started to be rude and laugh at me by saying: “I feel like playing on repeat”. I told her I am willing to wait for long for any spot available. This 0% inflexibility to the costumer is very poor. The 90€ I had paid is just gone and I will never book at this place again. This is not how I would like to be treated as a costumer.

Ik had vandaag mijn eerste Brazilian wax bij Cristina en deze was echt geweldig! Ik ben wel vaker gewaxed maar nog nooit voelde ik me zo fijn en comfortabel. Ze gaf me het gevoel dat we alle tijd van de wereld hadden. En hielp me er echt door heen. Ze was super vriendelijk en gezellig. Ronduit top ervaring.

I’ve been going here for years, definitely recommend it. Professional, clean and quick. And Svetlana is lovely.
